Rookie Writer, reporting for duty

My name is William and I am a rookie writer, basically.

Some friends of mine read a story idea I had about a year ago and they wanted to do a book on it, so here I am, working on that same story. It's pure fiction with some science fiction and logic built in. What I truly desire is some feedback on some of the characters I created and I also look forward to meet all the cool peeps for friendship or maybe more, dependent on circumstances
