Self-Publishing

I published my first novel on lulu.com. It's a publish-on-demand website where you upload your book and design the cover and everything. They only print out as many books as are ordered. With that though, you need to get word out about your book or else no one will know that it's out there.
I am now publishing it for free online, chapter by chapter. Every Friday I put out a chapter. Since there are 52 chapters, it will take exactly a year to put the complete novel out. You can read it at thenocent.blogspot.com. I can't say that either of these self-publishing methods guarantees success, but self-promotion is also important.

`That sounds pretty good. I've read a couple books published from this site and they were pretty good. I did, however, notice a lot of grammatical errors...not sure if this was before or after using the website. I am gonna check it out though!
