For me, writing is hand in hand with reading. I remember being so intrigued at a young age of the particular styles people wrote in. I used to mimic my mothers handwriting and the way she made her "a's" and "e's" as a kid. I recall my teacher telling me: "Your penmanship is really nice, but your letter can't be the way they are in a writing class." I've always kept a love of writing aflame within myself so I'm often still complimented on my penmanship. I strive to journey in the a.m. and p.m. I'm hit and miss with it sometimes and super consistent at others, it depends on where 1am in life. Long story boring, I love to write. More so to give expression to the myriad of my emotions that become convoluted at times, I write. Though I hand write in journaling, I do find it more convenient to write correspondence by technology.
Especially essays or such.
