Looking for a man I"m 22 year old and currently attending school to become a cosmotologist while studying acting on the side.
I have a deep love for the performing arts, they are possibly my greatest passion. Followed very closely by writing and reading. There's something distinctly powerful about the written word when it's composed correctly.
I'll admit off the bat I'm a bit of a nerd. I play dungeons and dragons, I love japanese animation, and I'm still convinced that the original power rangers will always be the best. Alas, I have no real interest in comic books, my appologies to those of you in love with them.
My sense of humor borders somwhere between dry sarcasm and american geek. I love to laugh though. While humor can very rarely fix a situation, when used correctly it can drag the mind out of darker places so it can think more clearly...plus everythings more fun if you can laugh in general.
I am still building things where I want them in my life, but am finally at a place where I have a vested interest in persuing a real relationship. Half the joy in any relationship (romantic, or friendly) is enjoying the ride together; I'm interested in sharing my bus seat.
I'm fairly laid back and easy to get along with. I have a distinct distate for drama, lying, cheating, or any other form of diception. I heavily dislike confrontation and would rather talk it through when both parties are rational than yelling about it while each individual is still too livid to think straight.
I'm rather independent in my relationships. That is, I love to spend time together and there's certainly nothing better than cuddling, but I'm a large fan of 'me' time. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and believe it important that my partner does as well. (With his friends of course.)
My biggest turn of would have to be pre-mature use of the "L" word. I've noticed that word being thrown around too lightly and have no interest in hearing it UNTIL the emotion has actually had time t
