Pastry Chef I am currently working on a book of recipes that are aimed at disabled people. Fast, easy to prepare meals that can be done in 10-15 minutes. Simple steps. Tips on setting up and technique that can save time and physical steps during the course of the preparation.
Hopefully this will allow some of the people who don't feel like the are capable of preparing restaurant quality meals for their family to be able to do so, in spite of their condition
