I wonder how many people will write flowery prose here. It will be interesting to find out. I think that I am interested in finding common ground. I am not expecting a muse to fly from the recesses of the world wide web, but someone literary minded is about the only thing I dare not write on any other dating website.

Describe myself? OK. As a person I am no romantic lead. A little bit overweight, an English student, aspiring teacher. I have green eyes and red and brown hair, if that helps.

I am a part time McNugget whilst I study, to make money for the two best friends I had the absolute privilege of fathering. I also write frequently, and am an Editor for a magazine. (See how I avoided the shameless self promotion there?)

I am a gregarious person, and a people watcher at the same time. I like to think I am witty (if only we could always be our own critics eh?) and I like to think I am reasonably intelligent.

But, as with all writers, I am probably more interested in you than myself. Even if it is only so that you have a cameo appearance in a piece of mine over the next few years.

At this point I should write a stunning conclusion, some words for you to remember, but I figure if you got this far then you have probably already lost the plot. So how is this for simple?
